Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Guilty Mysteries! We want to get your next great read into your hands as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping practices.

1. Order Processing Times

Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

High Volume Alerts: You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow additional days in transit during peak holiday seasons or major promotional events.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer flat-rate and weight-based shipping options across the United States.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations, including Canada and the UK. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Delivery Timeline: International orders typically take 7 to 21 business days to arrive, depending on local customs processing.

Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Guilty Mysteries is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@guiltymysteries.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Yes! Because we utilize USPS for our standard and Media Mail shipping, we are fully able to deliver to P.O. Boxes across the United States.

6. Damages, Returns, and Exchanges

If your package arrives damaged or a book is harmed in transit, please email us as soon as possible at support@guiltymysteries.com.

Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis but will always work toward a satisfactory solution, whether that means a replacement copy or a full refund.
